The Operations Committee

At our major church celebrations, a team of dedicated volunteers step up to ensure the smooth operation of these special occasions. The selfless efforts of ushers, and car park attendants play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all those attending.

When anticipating large numbers of people will be attending major celebrations, the Operations Team endeavour to accommodate as many people as possible. We set up extra car parking spaces and set out chairs for any overflow of people. 

Volunteer ushers, with their friendly and helpful demeanour, guide people to their seats, assist those with special needs, and ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued. We assist during services wherever we are called upon to help services run smoothly.

Car park attendants manage the influx of vehicles, directing traffic, and ensuring that parking is organized efficiently, safely and orderly. They help drivers to enter and exit the premises as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

We encourage others to follow in the footsteps of our Operations Team by volunteering as an usher or car park attendant at our next major celebration. By offering a helping hand, even in seemingly small ways, we can collectively create an atmosphere of hospitality and fellowship at our church events.
