Extending the healing and comforting presence of Christ, this team brings Communion services to five local nursing homes within our parish boundaries, and visit parishioners who are unable to attend Mass.

Their faithful visits help our elderly and frail brothers and sisters remain closely united to the life of the parish.

They also coordinate with the Parish Priest whenever the Anointing of the Sick is needed.
