Communion to the Sick
At St Martin of Tours, we care deeply for all members of our parish community. Our Communion to the Sick team brings Holy Communion to those who are unable to attend Mass, helping them stay connected to the Eucharist and the life of the parish.
Visits are offered every Friday morning, and our team warmly welcomes the opportunity to support and pray with parishioners in their homes.
