"The combined St Thomas the Apostle & Sacred Heart Parishes’ Social Justice Group meet four times a year to discuss Social Justice and promote Social Justice initiatives at a Parish level. Every year we promote Caritas Project Compassion, National Reconciliation Week, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Sunday, Migrant and Refugee Sunday and Social Justice Sunday. We also organise collections for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and donations for the Brigidines Asylum Seeker Project."
