Donate today!
Donations here, either one off or recurring, will be directed to our Planned Giving Program. Giving generously according to our circumstances is a way of deepening our faith and feeling a connection to our parish. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to our parish community. Every offering, no matter the amount, is an expression of love and gratitude to God. It is a vital part of our identity as Christian worshippers. Your support ensures that our parish can continue to serve and grow in faith together.
Why do we donate?
You might donate to our Catholic parish to support our clergy, maintain parish buildings, fund the largest non-governmental social welfare provider in the world, support local community causes, or to express your faith and generosity. A donation can be seen as supporting your community's spiritual needs and providing tangible assistance to the poor and vulnerable through the Church's extensive network of schools, hospitals, and social services.
The St Mary's Preservation Account
The St Mary's Preservation Account was set up to preserve and enhance the St Mary's Church building, artwork and immediate surrounds, including the historic Presbytery. Donations to this fund are protected by civil and church law, and can only be used for its stated purpose. People preparing wills are especially invited to a donation to this fund as it is a way of leaving a permanent mark and being a part of the future of our beautiful church. More details can be found in this brochure or you can contact the Parish Office for more information. 93706688 or ascotvale@cam.org.au.
How else can I help?
You can join a group that interests you. We have a large collection of groups where parishioners use their talents to further our parish aims. They operate under the banners of Parish Finance Council, Parish Administration, Evangelisation, Faith Formation, Fellowship, Service and Outreach, and Worship and Liturgy. Most of these groups are open and actively seeking new members. More information can be found on this website here.
