SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM

At St Jude's Parish we offer a Sacramental Programme for children who attend Government and other non-Catholic schools and who wish to receive the sacraments of Reconciliation, First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

Lessons are held on the weekend's and run's for 1 hour. The programmed runs for a period of approximately 10 weeks per sacrament and is conducted by our Catechist teacher, Mrs Mary Dalgleish

Although this programme is run by the parish, it is still very much a partnership with the children’s families. With the support of the parish, families will be encouraged to actively participate in some aspects of the preparation, including attending Mass, and will be given tools to nurture their own and their child’s faith.

When registrations open for each Sacrament it will be advertised in our newsletter and on this website.
