St Kevin's Catholic Church, Ormond was built in 1955. The Foundation stone reads, " This Church was blessed and opened by his Grace The Most Rev D Mannix D.D. LLD Archbishop of Melbourne on December 4th 1955 Rev J OBrien P.P. ". 

St Kevin's Catholic Church is now partnered with St Patrick's Catholic Church, Murrumbeena. The Parish Priest for both Churches is Father Siby John SAC: who is part of the Pallotine Order. We are blessed to have retired Bishop Peter Elliott in residence here in Ormond.

The Parish Office is located at 6 Dalny Road, Murrumbeena.

With families we foster the initiation of the young into the Christian life. We listen to Christ’s saving message and attempt to implement it in our daily living. We come together to worship God through the celebration of the Eucharist and we engage in good works supporting one another in our daily living and in celebrating friendship, significant personal, family and community milestones.

St Kevin's is home to a thriving youth group named Fidelitas who meet every month for fun, fellowship and deepening their faith and supporting each other on their faith journey.
