Baptisms

We welcome Parishioners who would like to have their children baptised in our Parish.

Before making any arrangements, families must attend a Preparation Meeting which is usually held in the Yarn on the last Monday of each month. (Bookings are essential for this meeting). After attending this meeting, families can arrange a date for the Baptism with Fr John.

Baptisms are usually celebrated on the second and third Sunday of the month.

If you do not live in Glen Waverley, you will need permission from the Parish Priest of the Parish you are residing in before making arrangements for the Baptism at St Leonard’s.
