First Holy Communion

The First Holy Communion is a very special event in a child's initiation to the Christian faith. This is the day when a child receives Jesus in the consecrated bread and wine.

The Missionaries of Charity Sisters (St Mother Teresa of Kolkata) form and guide the children in understanding the Eucharist. At the end of the First Holy Communion Mass, children consecrate themselves to Our Lady, who is the very first one to receive our Lord Jesus.
