Parish Priest: Fr. Toan Nguyen
Fr. Toan is the Parish Priest of partnered parishes of Ss. Peter and Paul’s Parish, Doncaster East and Our Lady of the Pines Parish, Donvale. He was ordained as a priest on 9 September 2017 at St Patrick’s Cathedral, East Melbourne VIC 8002.
On 9th of August 2023, Fr Toan Nguyen officially started his role as the Parish Priest for the partnered parishes of Our Lady of the Pines and Ss. Peter and Paul’s.

Parish Secretaries
Maria & Orene handle all administrative duties for both Ss Peter and Paul and Our Lady of the Pines Parishes. They can be contacted from Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 3pm on 03 9842 1480
Parish Pastoral Council (PPC)
The Parish Pastoral Council’s role is to:
1. Promote the Church’s mission to live and communicate the love and values of Christ in the world around us.
2. Share in the responsibility of the ongoing life and development of the parish community.
3. Work together with parishioners to provide support for their efforts to live as followers of Christ.
4. Membership of the Parish Pastoral Council may be determined in various ways but should include a process of consultation and discernment. It might include a process of recommendation by Parishioners, followed by formal nomination; a ballot may be used; and the Parish Priest may choose to appoint some members. The Parish Priest along with the local community is able to decide the best way to select members of the Council. (Code of Canon Law - Process of Selection 4.2.1)
5. Membership on the Parish Pastoral Council should be no longer than four years, ordinarily consisting of a two year term, renewable for a second two year term if determined by the Parish Priest. (Code of Canon Law - Term of Office 4.7.1.)

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee comprise volunteer parishioners who meet regularly to manage the finances and expenditure of the parish.
The Parish Finance Committee shall be presided over by the Parish Priest. The Parish Priest may either chair the meeting personally or may invite the Parish Finance Committee to elect a chairman for the meeting. Meetings of the PFC must held at least every three months.
Members of the Parish Finance Committee appointed under 3.1 b. and c above shall be for a term of three years. Members may be reappointed but some change of membership is to take place every three years. (Statutes for Parish Finance Committees Archdiocese of Melbourne)
