Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Dandenongs, St John the Baptist is a welcoming parish with a listening ear. Proudly serving as the "mother parish" of the Knox Deanery, we have been tending to the spiritual, sacramental, and social needs of our community since 1911.

We are a vibrant, active faith community that strives to live out Christ’s teachings through prayer, deep friendship, and practical local support. Whether you are a lifelong parishioner, a new settler to the district, or a visitor passing through the hills, there is a place for you here.

• Friday: 11:00 AM

Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession)

• Every Saturday: 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM (Prior to the Vigil Mass)
