Times are tougher than ever with the cost-of-living crises and a particularly tough winter.

Our wonderfully generous St Theresa’s & Mother of God school communities have donated food supplies for those less fortunate. The photos below are only about half of what was donated!

The donated food has gone to Sacred Heart Mission in St Kilda who provide cooked lunches every day to people in need and to Vinnies and another charity based in Sunshine who provide food parcels. 

St Theresa’s Parish also operates a food bank & food is available to anyone in need directly from the Parish Office door in Drummartin Street Albion. Office hours are 9 am - 1 pm Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

We also acknowledge the contribution of a couple of amazing members of our Parish Leadership Team, who have given up their spare time to distribute the food & re-stock our Parish food bank, Muriel Alexander & Gus Sutherland.
